1. No Returns on Used or Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products are not eligible for return once opened, used, or tampered with. This policy helps us ensure product quality and customer safety.
2. Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products
We offer a replacement only in cases where the product is received in a broken, leaked, or burst condition.
Conditions for Replacement
- The product must be damaged at the time of delivery
- Clear images of the damaged or leaked product are mandatory
- Images should include both outer packaging and inner product
- Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
3. Non-Eligible Cases
- Opened or used products
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor packaging dents that do not affect the product
- Damage caused after delivery
